I appreciate check in's that do not require going to the office. The house accommodated us well and conveniently located very close to town. Will definitely use FSC in the future. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in Shimmering Waters very much! The house was very nice and had all of the things we needed for a week’s stay. We liked the location. It was a quiet neighborhood but was close to all of the attractions. We would definitely stay in this house again!

The customer service folks were super helpful and courteous. The house we stayed at was clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. My family and I will be using Fireside Chalet the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.
