Harmony Crossing was an excellent cabin for our family vacation. The cabin was just big enough for my parents and my kids. The pool access was essential for our four kids, and the multiple games in the loft were awesome. The DVD players in all the rooms were nice. We will definitely look at this cabin first the next time we plan a vacation to the area. Things that could be improved: - There were no linens for the two pullout couches and the twin bed in the loft. It was appreciated when one of your workers brought out linens for the couches, but we never got any for the twin bed. Luckily my son doesn't care much for sheets. - There were also no extra trash bags, and not enough kitchen towels/rags. - The gas grill propane tank was almost empty, and the grill itself needs replaced. It is a fire hazard since the grease catch pan does not stay in place. - The arcade game (my 8yo loved it) needs to have the screen worked on. It is faded so much that it is difficult to use, but very entertaining for my youngest kids. In general all the games (pool, air hockey, foosball) were pretty heavily worn. - The blankets really need a good washing. The dog smell on many of them was strong. This is understandable for a cabin that allows dogs, but getting those dry-cleaned once in a while would help. - The kitchen table was not big enough for four adults and four kids. Again, it was a great stay with only a few things that could be improved. Thank you for providing this service.

Harmony Crossing 330 was beautiful, super clean, friendly staff. Easy and efficient while reserving the cabin, easy contactless check in, and friendly staff. Will be returning!!

The cabin was just what we needed! It was beautiful, the location was amazing (around 15 min or less from The Island in Pigeon Forge, close to the outlets, close to a Walmart, etc.). The staff was very friendly and the cabin was clean as well. I highly recommend the Harmony Crossing cabin.

Making and completing the reservation was easy and efficient. The cabin was in great condition just as we remembered it from 2 years ago. The young adults had fun with all the games and the hot tub provided. I have recommended this cabin and company to others. Two great stays, one fall and one spring.

Our stay at 330 Harmony Crossing was a very memorable experience. Living amongst the mountains of Pennsylvania fails in comparison with the Smokies! We will definitely be returning to the beautiful, Great Smokey mountains!
