Come and enjoy River Livin’, a great place to bring your bathing suits and fishing poles. This beautiful Pigeon Forge River cabin is only 1 mile off the parkway but sits right on the little Pigeon River. There is a large deck area with an outdoor kitchen offering great views along with the sounds of the river and is also a good place to enjoy grilling and the 4-person hot tub. There is a patio table and chairs under the deck with led lights and a porch swing to better enjoy the river and wildlife. When entering the main level, you will be welcomed with large windows that offer all the river views one could ask for. The living room area offers a couch with a pull-out sofa sleeper with 2 recliners. Enjoy the gas fireplace with a 40-inch flat screen television. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms featuring a log king size and queen size bed with televisions and in-suite bathrooms. The loft area offers a game room with pool table, multi arcade video game, futon, and a flat screen television along with great views of the river. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen on the large, opened deck facing the river. Just when you think you have seen it all grab your marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate to create the perfect s’more on the riverside fire pit. Cabin was very nice and in good location. Check in was simple and prompt. We enjoyed staying here with friends and hated to leave. We will use Fireside for future stays.

We loved staying in River Livin. Cabin had everything we needed plus very clean. Wonderful customer service. We will definitely stay here again. We loved being able to set on deck and enjoy the water and the moonlight shining on the water at night was amazing. Celebrated our 50th anniversary while here. We went to Hawaii in July to celebrate our 50th anniversary, but I can say, we both enjoyed staying here more than Hawaii. I love the Smokey Mountains. As they say in the ads, "the mountains are calling you" and they definitely do. Thank you for everything you do to keep these cabins looking so good.

River Livin was a great experience. We loved seeing the ducks each morning and using the fire pit also. It’s very close to everything and the hot tub was a great way to cap the days off. We will def be coming back and I would recommend this cozy little cabin to any family.

Great location. Beautiful spot. Ducks n geese wonderful entertainment. Even went and bought duck n geese food so they would eat healthy from our feedings. Very comfortable cabin. Issues were attended to quickly. Loved it. Perfect spot for our weekend. Thanks

My family loved River Livin Cabin. To me cleaniest takes top priority when staying somewhere and I was well pleased with it being clean. It was a bonus that you supplied extra trashbags, toilet paper and dishsoap. Also provided adequate amount of towels and washcloths. The kitchen was well supplied so you could cook and drink coffee(pot or pods) all you want. Also, it is so close to the main strip therefore made for quick and easy trips. The cabin's amenities were perfect. We enjoyed the game room/loft. It was so cold that we did not try any of the outside features so we plan to come back with family or friends in the fall to enjoy them. I would say the only thing that would be a negative is the "Master" king bed was on a tall bedframe therefore you had use steps to get on it. With my husband's bad knees and my bad back issues we had to use the second bedroom BUT that had a queen bed so it still worked out great for us. The cabin was just so peaceful looking out at the river and watching the ducks and geese. We definitely plan to book again for future trips.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great. We are looking forward to staying here again. It would have been helpful if there had been information on how to use the tv and the roku. We just have plain cable so we didn’t know how to work it. Cindy M

We have rented several from you all several times over the years. You all have been the best. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently. Your cabins have been well kept up and clean. It is very easy to get in contact with you all. Not only did we get a message that our cabin was ready but a phone call also explaining things we needed to know and if we had any problems or questions just call. I truly love dealing with Fireside. My family and I had a great time at this cabin. Everything it was as described. The Cabin looks just like the pictures. Loved the fire pit and it was so close at all the main activities of Pigeon Forge. Greatly recommended.
