Wears Valley Cabin, unit 74 Bearfootin, is the perfect cabin for the couple looking to get away for a stress free vacation. This beautiful one bedroom two bath cabin is tucked under the Foothills Parkway at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and features amazing views of the mountains. The cabin itself sits in Wears Valley; a beautiful community located 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and just down the road from Cades Cove and the National Park. Bearfootin is the perfect cabin for honeymoons and anniversary trips.
When you enter the cabin, you are greeted with tongue and grove pine from the floor to the ceiling, and the living room is fully furnished equipped with a flat screen TV, a love seat with two recliners, sitting chair, and a stack stone fireplace. The galley style kitchen comes fully furnished with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also has extra countertop appliances including toaster and k-cup coffee machine, and there is a dining table and chairs located between the kitchen and living room that can easily double as a game table. The master bedroom in this beautiful cabin includes a king size bed, a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player, padded rocking chair, and a master bath equipped with a large whirlpool tub where you can sit and soak all your stress away.
When you are not relaxing inside the cabin, you can step outside and rock your worries away in one of the many rocking chairs or sit back in the hot tub and soak in the beautiful mountain views of Cove Mountain, Round Top Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This cabin also offers a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and free wireless internet. Bearfootin was a beautiful cabin! Perfect for our 10 years anniversary trip! The views are extraordinary and sitting on the back porch on swing was a perfect way to end our evenings. Fireside Chalets was wonderful to work with and made checkin and checkout a breeze! We used them for our honeymoon trip and now our 10 year anniversary trip.

We loved everything about the cabin. The views were spectacular! The cabin is beautiful! The location was peaceful but only a short drive to Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend this property!

Bearfootin is a great cabin. Spotless and well furnished for a nice getaway. Great local restaurants and shops nearby but still only a short ride(about 15 minutes)down to Pigeon Forge. Deck is very nice with new hot tub and large porch swing. Fireside has always been reliable and top notch. We never rent from anyone else. Great cabin, highly recommend.

My wife and I needed a little get away, spent 4 days in Bearfootin. It was mostly perfect. Staff was amazing beginning to end. The location was perfect for us, about 12 min out of Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean, comfortable, and supplied adequately. Woke up with out water one morning. No fault of anyone, just one of those things that happens. A line broke underground. Pipe was dug up and fixed within a couple hours while pouring down rain. Thank you to the maintenance guys. The picture of the jacuzzi is incorrect, there is a newer jacuzzi there now. This trip was intedned to be a recon mission to bring our son next time. We will definitely contact Fireside Chalets 1st for another cabin in the future.

Excellent! Everything is just as advertised. Full privacy even with a cabin nearby. So quiet and close enough to everything to be able to come and go multiple times a day if you choose. We needed a replacement for the coffee maker and it was done immediately the next day, on the weekend! We will be back!

Love this cabin. Normally we stay in hotel downtown G'burg in the fall,, so this was a different type of trip. Absolutely LOVED staying in Wears Valley!! Cabin was lovely! 100% would stay at Bearfootin again!!!

This beautiful cabin was very nice for 2 people, but I can see that a portable crib would easily fit in the bedroom if a couple had an infant or toddler with them. Check-in went smoothly. Our cabin was ready a little early and they notified us that we could enter early. Everything looked neat & clean upon our arrival. Any questions we had were responded to with no problem. The spacious front porch provides a great view of the awesome Smoky Mountains, and we loved the porch swing! We saw only 2 things that could be disappointing---we were given just 2 average-size rolls of toilet paper for a 2-night stay (I always bring toilet paper when traveling, so it wasn't a problem for us), and the kitchen needs better lighting over the sinks & counter. I understand that soft lighting adds to the ambiance of a cozy cabin, but food prep is hard when you have dim lighting in your work area. We did very little food prep (even used paper plates & cutlery so I wouldn't have to wash dishes) but I feel mentioning this would help others. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the cabin very much.

Booking online was easy. We got a call confirming our reservations within minutes of booking. We appreciated both the phone call and email the day of checkin letting us know the cabin was ready, and the contactless check in. It was nice to be able to go straight to the cabin after traveling. The instructions were clear, the cabin clean, and exactly as described.
