The cabin was absolutely stunning! They were so helpful explaining the road closures due to storm damage, rerouting us, making sure our experience was stress free. By far the best experience I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning.

The check in process was all done on line and was very easy. The cabin was just as pictured on the website. The surroundings were gorgeous, and the location was close to many of the local attractions.

Beautiful cabin, very private and peaceful. Like the gated property with digital access - makes checking in and out just like opening your door at home. I couldn't get the fireplace started and when I called them, they where there in less than 30 minutes to get it going for us. Cabin was so close to all the restaurants & "stuff' we wanted to do but once at cabin - your feel like your hours away from civilization. Highly recommend and will visit again!

i couldn’t be happier with this cabin. it was clean, fairly secluded, and gorgeous! loved that there were dishes and utensils, extra towels and extra pillows. we got to see a bear right outside by our deck. the his and hers bathtub was super cool. our dog loved running around by the lake at the bottom of the hill. i will say the pictures of this cabin on vrbo need updated because it is even more beautiful than i expected! i’ll stay here every time i visit TN!

Such a nice area! Our cabin was quaint and perfect for our couple of days passing through Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but no biggie. We loved sitting on the side porch in the evening and watching the fireflies ❤️

This was a beautiful place for a few days of respite. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. At first I was taken aback because the view was just forest, but as the cabin grew on me it was a perfect place to enjoy the mountains. The hot tub was easy to use and oh so relaxing. The jacuzzi helped me with the final clean up before heading home, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my blue apron meals. I highly recommend this cabin for 1 or 2 people and would certainly come back with family and stay at larger cabins. I’m so glad I made this trip. Thank you so much! Unforgettable.

The cabin was easy to find, the service was great we had a little problem the one day that the batteries in the lock went dead and we locked out, but they sent a maintenance man out he was there fast and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Fireside chalets due to excellent customer service and clean cabins. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next trip.

We had the best time and the ladies at fireside chalet was very wonderful very much gave us information on highlights around town and we enjoyed the property we stayed at it was very beautiful and relaxing and close to everything that we wanted to do we went up into the Smoky mountains we went into parrots mountain and we went down to go fishing and horseback riding that was very wonderful I ranked it at five but if we can bring can I drink 10

It was a great cabin, very nice, not Mountain View, and the only reason I give it a 4 star is due to cell service and no WiFi at the cabin. Other than that we loved it! 🥰

This is our second year in a row using fireside chalet and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Unforgettable cabin was so nice and cozy! Clean and comfortable, we will be coming back again next year!

The renting process was super easy and the management team was very communicative, which was just great! They sent us all the info and followed up with a call. The cabin itself was just lovely! It was cozy, it was clean and it was in the middle of beautiful woods on the side of a mountain. Exactly the kind of place to disconnect and learn how to be a human without a device.

The Unforgettable cabin was exactly as advertised. Our stay was great. Check-in and check-out were contactless and extremely convenient with our traveling schedule. Staff were easy to reach and helpful when I called. Perfect size pet-friendly cabin and the hot tub was much needed after a long day of hikes! Will definitely be back.
