Gatlinburg Condo, unit 994 Rustic River, is convenient to all the attractions of downtown Gatlinburg and the ski slopes of Ober Gatlinburg. The rustic chic interior brings the comfort and luxury of a cabin, but the perks and amenities of a condo setting. The Village Stream condos have access to an outdoor fire pit area, water fall views/stream views, heated seasonal swimming pool access, outdoor terrace access, and outdoor communal charcoal grills. Being just a mile from the Gatlinburg attractions, Ober Gatlinburg Ski Slopes, and walking distance to the Ski Mountain Market. The amenities in the condo feature a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker (dual standard coffee maker and k cup compatible), dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, drink blender, and crock pot. The living room area has a seasonal wood burning fireplace, air hockey table, queen sleeper sofa that features a memory foam insert for comfort. There is seating for 6 in the dining area. There is a 55-inch flat screen television in the living room area. There is entertainment for everyone with air hockey table, and the stand-up arcade gaming system. The condo porch overlooks a beautiful waterfall area, which is great for enjoying a book or your morning coffee. This condo has views, convenience to the waterfall, and the swimming pool area that is just steps away. This condo is great for a honeymoon getaway or a trip for a small family. We really enjoyed our time celebrating our 40th Anniversary! It was a nice get away for us. The Condo was exceptionally clean so a high five to Housekeeping! The Christmas decorations were a sweet added touch to our stay. We definitely will use Fireside in the future simply because of Pet Friendly rentals and great Housekeeping!! The cabin was very clean. We had numerous bear sightings. Pretty much everyday. Love the balcony and the sound of the creek. We will definitely be back.

I had a great time. The unit had everything I needed and then some. Evening glass of wine on the patio listening to the stream was really nice. Saw a Mama bear and her three Cubs checking out the trash. You will have to drive to town but it’s an easy commute.
